I think your looking at the BID side, not the ASK. Your not going to see the BID side move up until we burn through the MM surplus, and on the ASK side we've moved from 9 MM's on the ASK to 5, which means each MM is burning through it's surplus except for ARCA, who happens to continue being the MAJOR BUYER without selling at all.
