Power 4+ is at 66.6 with 4 way.

4 way 1.5 GHZ Itanium is at 82.2 for spec fp rate base.

4 way 3GHZ Xeon MP is at 32.3. Not its strength obviously...

Gives an idea why AMD specified TDP well above measured temperatures we have seen.

Maybe we should look at AMD64 as being rather software-restricted than demand or manufacturing restricted for the time being. :)
