I'm seeing 5 X .0002 and 3 X .0003 on the OTCBB free L2 viewer. I also concur with the assessment on ARCA, you always see him on the 999,900 block bid side, but almost never on the ask at all. Been this way since mid January, and ARCA has sold very little, been wondering if they are acquiring for themselves or someone else. We also have seen the A/S O/S remain steady since January, makes you wonder if the company finally reached an agreement with the remaining note holders to repurchase shares to finish out the CD without another A/S increase.
