I am CFO of a company in Pennsylvania. We switched to an HSA (no choice) and put 100% of deductible in employee accounts at beginning of the year. With reduction in premium, this saves us sig $ and makes the employees tres happy as they are very concious of HC expense and the difference between spend and deductible amounts to tax-free comp.
