Joe, that brings to mind something else that struck me while i was talking to them in Houston.. the Risers are made of a material that last for like 10 yrs or something like that... Being in the water all my life this is huge.. As we all know that steel has to have zinks added just to help hold off the breakdown... So if I was one to conjector and I am the government sees a good thing ie cost savings.. and yeppers there is a patent on the material..
