That's what I think also. Over on the yahoo board Bopfan gave a pretty good analysis of this filing. According to bopfan, it is legal wrangling and not of much concern. It hardly changes my opinion of our prospects.
What did people think, JPM or the FDIC would roll over and give wamu back? We have a battle on our hands, but in my opinion, we have a good case--which is why I'm here. Now, I think I'll go watch a Rambo movie or something.
