Be Confident,
I have just gotten on the board, so to jump into the battle royal between you and YJ is not my place, but in my humble opinion.
Your view of the world and your investment savvy should not be blinded by the love of a company or technology in the face of exuberance. In Neom's Case the obvious dilution issue, and the fact that the precious patents are owned by YA? Its quite simple, everything Neom does has to revolve around and go through YA, they have to get YA blessings on every major decision.
The future of NEOM relies on YA, if YA wants to sell the company @ $.25 and liquidate (YA is a Majority share owner?)....our goose is cooked. So Yellowjacket, has every right to complain about his investment and dilution, were at 1.3 billion shares outstanding. When we first went on the run to 0.75, we had 150 million shares outstanding. U do the math, with 1.3 BIllion shares outstanding how long will it take us to get to 0.75? With YA taking profit every leg of the way.
Cheers
