The bid was just too thin for my liking, even on a low volume stock. It went from .01 to .015 and under .01 on tiny hits on the bid, something like 200k shares total.
Their filing is strange- something like they've been paying employees in stock, and now the employees want their money and their stock is worthless. Read in there that management had been working for 9 months without pay- ouch.
