lupientr, who says the value is 0.015$? As far as we've seen before, Jared had previously issues some restricted shares...and these share where tagged with the restriction to be sold in the market at 5 times the valuation that the value that they were at upon issuing them...
If perhaps this would be the case now...imagine that...
0.015 X 5.. = 0.075 X 300 Million = 22,500,000
22,5 million would then represent 1% of the buyout amount...
So , then , the buyout would be for $2.25 billion

many ways to imagine and look at this and anything is possible in this day and age of turning GREEN..
don't forget that Allie Mallad has mentioned that he projected sales of 1.5 Billion per year with WOWGREEN within 18 months...
