How is that legal action going loulou?

I've had it!

the way I see it, I have lost 100K+ on this POS and I am quite content on losing another 50K in attorney's fees!
Time to put my money where my mouth is considering Mgt. won't!
Anyone else interested?
No deal by Dec.= Legal action!
Time for them to go period!

All Duke and PHII data for Cot. and Bavi. out by ASCO (ASCO 008). Duke by the 15th of MAY.
5) Bottom Line=We stay in nasdaq,no reverse split, we have a shitty pipe and hover around a buck until ASCO. At that point it is either 5 or back to .50. If back to .50, I will throw my towel in! 107,000 shares worth.

In light of the fact that PPHM has filed "All Required"
SEC paperworkd need for a Reverse Split, that R&R stated almost a year ago that they expect PPHM to execute a Reverse Split, and that just last week the companies CFO stated the need to adjust the number of shares outstanding......

Do you think your advice given on this board is anywhere close to realistic? Accurate? Honest?

geocappy if PPHM sells $7.5 Million Dollars worth of stock first, and then executes a Reverse Split how do think that would impact long term shareholders?

And for the record that is exactly what I think will happen.

Let's look at the facts:
Here's the timeline (using Peregrine's PR's)for Bavi Georgia phase II stage 1.

1-29-08 opens enrollment.
2-12-08 starts dosing.
4-29-08 completes enrollment.
6-2-08 update.
7-2-08 Passed stage one requirements.
10-21-08 update and stage II screening begun.

Since 10-21-08 NOTHING! FIVE months of nothing.
Stage one took 2 weeks after open enrollment to start dosing.
Stage one took 3 months after open enrollment to complete enrollment.
Stage one took about 4 months to get an actual data update after open enrollment.

Stage two..........FIVE months and NOTHING. So I ask,
what went wrong in Georgia Bavi stage 2?????????????

For that matter, where's the followup data for stage 1?

On that note, let's disect the "bet" for a current investment in PPHM. What prevents the reverse split?
$1 for 10 consecutive days by July.
What are the possibilities to instigate a huge enough move that will take the stock up a massive 170% between now and a mere 4 months from now? Just as importantly, what is the likelyhood of such an event?

Duke paper? Problems: 1. It's been predicted for more than a year, no telling when or if it will ever come out. 2. It's PRECLINICAL.

AACR? reality: It's a conference! When has a conference ever moved the stock of PPHM?

Phase II updates? There's been lots of them, hasn't worked yet.

Partnership. In my opinion this is the ONLY thing that will have enough power to move PPHM up above $1. So what are the odds? Based on CEO Kings SIX years of "talks", not a good bet for a 4 month window.

My prediction? easy....more of the same.....
PPHM has some decent data.......people here love it.....
Stock doesn't move as usual, no partnership or buyout in the next 4 months, stock does a reverse split, declines heavily, CEO King thanks you for your support.
