As someone that has bought and built, then sold a few buisnesses I believe when you sell you are not always looking at total $$ potential down the road when you sell.Sometimes if you can pick up a nice chunk of change and get out of the rat race(14-16 hr. days)for a while, regardless of how much you could make in 5 years,it seems like the thing to to do. When you are the owner time and $$ are both factors .
