#1 I am sure they were expecting me as for red carpet..
um a soda, t-shirt,java mug and a dinner on steve is way short of red carpet for me but they were ready and open to my questions.
#2 Shareholder meeting Call him direct or Steve...
I know they are open to it. But again I think it all boils down to the S-1 stuff but please check with them.

#3 Quiet time, as I hold a lot of different stocks and do my dd then buy and then hate to say this forget about it and move on,and check back later to see if any major changes have happened.
I really did not care about this "quiet time" My first DD showed me DDI was in a good sub sector and had in place other firms that would help it grow as it has. So when I asked them about it
I may have not been in your face RON. It was more like hey the board thinks the quiet time is not a good thing what is up with that... and then I did press for the video updates..
And yes "The buck stops at Ron Smith's door."
And I know he knows this.. So we will see on that..
But back to what I think.. Um I hate to be rude but action speaks more than words.

And we know if it was not for the one time write offs the 10-k would have looked a heck of a lot better....imho
Am I a cheerleader? Not in any shape or form. Ron knows I am not a bit happy with the pps.. He gets it and from what I saw. understand I think and again I am not a investment advisor etc. etc.. you will see your return in the long run...
When I buy a stock unless i go in for the quick flip I am looking for a 5-10 year investment and I don't fret over the 1/4 by 1/4 bull that happens...
Do I think they are going to work on relationship with the share holder, sure when I don't know.. As over the counter holders we expect a lot more from the firms we invest in as most are new and up and coming movers and shakers...
And no I don't have a recording device with me I took some notes.. Trying to HEAR What they said not what I was thinking.

I was told that, they will be having shareholder confrences, video confrences ect... As far as face to face goes, it never sounded to me that they were opposed by that either. It actually sounded as if this could become a reality by 1st Q.



But what I dont get, is if you are willing to meet face to face for a shareholder's meeting, why in two years have you never met with management?


I just arrived back home , from sitting face to face in a confrence room across from Ron for 2 hours, his responses were very transparent and forthcoming.

Profit- Take away all one time charges, and not only was the company profitable all four divisions were profitabl.

Growth going forward should be rewarding(JMHO)
