I think the phrase that is hanging you up means they can buy and sell GE or Visa on the open market if they work for DDI and not GE or Visa.

The insider trading restriction during blackout periods is for trading stock of the company that you have insider information of.

I liked the Revenue increase but did not like the increase in salaries and adm expense from 4m to 14m. Any comments? I am long the stock.
