You got to run that past ABCDEF to see if that makes any sense. I would love to see those numbers. There may be other factor such as preferred shares etc that need to be factored in which brings the number under $1. It's too complicated for me to figure out the common's value.

Nice calcs....good basis on the numbers...and definetly a PPS I would consider a good price for my 22 Million shares.

Going to be a very interesting few months...

Wrong multiple

When valuing off of sales you can't take a PE multiple...well you can, but it just gives a very incorrect answer.

For sales you have to use a sales multiple. Depending on industry and margins, you will have various multiples.

For PE (which is gonna be hard here since no variable data) you do have strong margins, so that bodes well.

I still think .15 is more then fair value today ($300 million); $1.00 would value it at $2 billion

Nothing is a sure thing; so I would hope any strong offers would be considered strongly for all existing shareholders.

However, I suspect greed may get in way like it does so often with management and people (companies) and cause a fair and very reasonable deal for all to fail.

I think that this company could be a potential buyer of EESO ( follow the link).. Imagine what they could do if they owned EESO..

They manage over 225 landfills , waste to energy plants, etc..etc..etc...IMAGINE THE YUKKKI SMELL they must have to deal with on a constant basis...instead of taking out a contract with EESO to get rid of there garbage smelly problem.. ( buying eggs on a constant basis), why not simply buy the hen ???? And also, they can then sell eggs to others as they would now own the hen...

Don't forget also the GC2000..imagine how much scrap WM ( waste management) manipulates in a single year from all the bins the collect..its certainly not all garbage..alot of this os construction scrap and things like that...where the GC 2000 could possibly be useful..

AND, they PROMOTE GREEN!!! ...and they certainly have the money to buy EESO out ...

Also, they are based in the US, as the PR mentioned , the issuer of the LOI is based in the US...

furthermore...from the PR released today...

"The buyer, a U.S. domiciled entity with an interest in progressive green technology"

so to me ...WASTE MANAGEMENT makes alot more sense than DOW

Just take a look at their corporate profile...it fits the PR !!!
