It is always in how to play the cards. More often than not in this type of market waiting gives the better the opportunity as king swing traders know.

There may be an excellent window ahead on this stock possibly inferior to now in price entry but better in image.

The stock may look cheap now, after getting hammered yesterday, but an acquirer would have to assume VBDG's debt. With all that debt overhang, VBDG isn't cheap. It has an enterprise value of about $12 million -- about four times its market cap.
