NDA... spoke to Nancy today. Just want you to know I haven't disappeared. Spoke to Nancy today and signed an NDA so I'm not sure what or what I can't say so I probably won't contribute much to the board going forward but still holding long and strong ;-)
It's because Gottbetter wants cash not warrants...
Warrants are worthless at this point when a company is toast. I certainly would dmeand NOT getting warrants at any price on this considering the debt levels and current share price.
