I called the T/A the other day and they no longer use them so you may want to update with the new information.

They now use Quicksilver Stock Transfer, I also mentioned the outstanding shares. It's also my understanding that all the shares added are restricted.

As you probably know, a number far less than the authorized shares are currently issued. I emailed the company trying to find out exactly the total shares outstanding and if it is being increased regularly. I'd also like to know:

Current Float
Restricted # of shares
Insider holdings (maybe the same as restricted #)

Thanks for the correction. What's your take on this topic? Do you feel the company has kept it's investors informed like you would expect? And what do you think they are doing with the money raised from the stock sales. (300 mil @ 0.01 = $3 mil if all shares sold are restricted)
