Good eve Manti. I was going through the SEC website. This is pretty new to me. When I looked up this offering, the 504, i did not find these guys anywhere but I kept on seeing the same names over and over again. Then I went to the companies they invested in and most of them wound up without even a bid price. Then I looked up the people who own the corps and I will never ever invest in those companies. But I cant find anything on the guys in ASFX.
