yeah, that's my guess. they want more shares..... have no idea how the arbitrator will rule though. a contract's a contract. if they didn't realize the pps would tank as a result of the deal......then they should get in line.
perhaps this is too simple and, therefore, can't be the cause of the arbitration. but if i had to guess from the language in the 10k, this would be my guess.
