relaxed...I think the only real issues here solely pertain to not enough transparency being provided on the current round of funding(a biggie due to the big A/S bump) & what the heck is goin' on with Tecnimed???
Ya the filing of the form 10 would be great as it would open up ASFX to a higher breed of investor...but let's face it...ASFX's biggest problem these days is "perhaps" blaming the lack of full transparency on them waiting for the form 10 SEC approval(if that's the case even though nothing official has ever been disseminated in this regards via a PR).
So unless & until ASFX mgmt sees fit to begin providing full transparency(even if it is a case of waiting for the form 10 approval from the SEC)...pps erosion is going to rule here since clearly shares from somewhere are being leaked out(current round of funding perhaps)...& clearly the status of the ASFX/Tecnimed relationship has a lot of questions that STILL need answers right.
Anyways...I personally hope that ASFX mgmt isn't dropping any balls with their continued lack of transparency while apparently waiting for the form 10 filing...'cause the longer this goes with what appears to be funding shares gettin' leaked into the float & no official resolution or status update on what's goin' on with Tecnimed...the more likely players here will tire of waitin' around for a form 10 that's only supposed to be in play due to the chatter & not a publicly disseminated PR on the matter.
I see no real reason for ASFX mgmt to lie about the form 10 & also recall Conrad Huss from Southridge mentioning last fall that he expected ASFX to proceed with an uplisting to the OTCBB towards years end or early '09...so for sure if/when the form 10 does arrive & if/when transparency on the funding & Tecnimed relationship comes forth ASFX will be back on my radar...'til then I wait/watch from the sidelines & wish all the current players here nothin' but the best cheers:)
relaxed, these cats should not be in penny stocks. We've got the core group here that has done the dd and believe in what we have learned. That's all that matters. The others can cry and move on. There's too many folks in stocks that don't have a clue and need to be out of the markets.
