IMHO this is a different scenario. Frank is risking the future of QTN on a carrier that is in bankruptcy. There is a risk that RCN will not succeed in their reorganization. If RCN does not emerge, both QTN and RCN go down the tubes. This is all mute if another carriage agreement is signed.
