I don,t have a large back yard per se however it is on the water and there is a petrified pine tree with an active Osprey nest for the last 5 years in it. our area (East central Florida) has many Ospreys, maybe 1 nest per mile or even more, and although there are many birdwatchers in the area as well they have many birds to watch in the area. My section of waterway typically has three different species of waterfowl visible at any time during the day.
So the efficency of the markets is not an easy question, That was my reason to first direct it at the economics majors for the Universities idealistic views. I think they are as AJ put it "taking advantage of their handicap parking permits now"
I'm in no hurry for the best answer though.
