Does anyone who works for a BMT center know of centers actually making copycats of Orbec? "Can" and "do" are very different in nations of laws. How has DORB managed to sign up so many compassionate use deals around the world if your knock-off alternative is viable?

The cost of intensively treating severe GVHD patients at US hospital and outpatient prices may well approach / exceed $20k. You're perhaps out of date on hospital prices, RK! Again, if anyone has the facts, please chime in.
