I agree, that it would be nice to see etfc not use tarp, but, with all the cash they have been stockpiling, and 800mil of tarp funds, they can increase income from more new RESPONSIBLE loans. Wish I bought more at .6, still will consider buying more on Monday if the price is still reasonable.
