He can pick up mid 5 to low 6 figures in cash plus will be able to liquidate his shares into a moving post merger market if he chooses right.

The expiration date on this con is Aug 31, 2009. After that it will be back into recycle mode and current shareholders that aren't named Shayne Heffernan will join the shareholders of Affordable Communications Company as their holdings are reversed out of existence.
