Now for the on topic bit...with the nationalization thing in Libya over (for the most part) and a seemingly slow recovery in oil prices with further OPEC oil cuts, MAYBE the NOC will start to be a little more energetic in their announcements. While VNX ultimate sale pps was a little low, IMO, their story proves that there's black gold in them thar hills for juniors to explore!
