PFE Roche – pancreatic islet cell tumors are a different animal from garden variety pancreatic cancer. did avastin fail in both?

I don’t know the answer about Avastin, but PFE was up 9% today and that hasn’t happened in a long time.

The economic relevance of today’s Sutent results is small in the overall scheme of things, but investors were reminded that PFE actually does have some cutting-edge drugs in its portfolio.

(Skeptics will probably say that Sutent wasn’t really a PFE drug because they got it from Sugen :- ))
