Get your facts straight Our_Street. The 1/400 reverse split happened at least a year or two (12/2002) before the shell was purchased by Buzz. Then again, you don't deal in facts, just your opinions.

I can only laugh when I read your posts. Regardless what happens post BZTG, there will plenty of interest here as the cash divy date draws closer.

While nothing is certain, the chart shows this stock is still holding its bottom on almost no volume. There has been no dilution in two years. If I were looking for a stock with a good risk/reward opportunity, BZTG looks tempting right here for my taste, especially with the cash divy hanging out there.
