In answer to the questions about PR'ing this news, First, I am not that sure these six items pricewise would add up to a "material event".
Secondly it is a solicitation notice, not an award yet. Almost always a sole-source solicitation will be awarded to the named company, but we know this company tends to be on the conservative side with PRs. One way or another, when it's awarded we will find it.
