not if they want to get our economy going again with the fractional banking system lending 10 or more to 1. The 9 in that equasion is "new money" and so the lack of lending has killed our money flow. Glad to be holding some cash reserves now but got to have a plan to get out of cash sometime in 2009 imho, hge
