Indeed the Chinese congress decided (at the suggestion of the leadership of the communist party) to improve the standard of living of the citizen of the hinterland, in an effort to avoid the “unrest”. The example I sited in my msg# 77256 is part of the implementation of the aforementioned decision. An unavoidable byproduct of the implementation of the decision is an increase in the import of microprocessors from Intel.
