slojab and I agree with you here weo...as slojab pointed out...there has probably been a whole host of sellers so to point the finger at any one seller would be pretty misleading

The company didn't sell and I never said it did. I said Shayne was dumping and I base my opinion on some very simple factors. One only has to look at the chart of this stock from May through September last year.

Trading was as high at 5 million shares per day. Even on a slow day several hundred thousand shares traded. Given much of the buying was taking place over .03 yet it only moved up to around .05. With all this new volume, there is only one reason why it didn't run up to .10 and beyond like well executed pump and dumps do, lots of selling to match the buying.

Well, with Shayne holding then, a claimed 80% of the OS, that only left around 60 million for everyone else. So, who were the likely candidates for selling into the buying then dumping into it as it retraced? It sure wasn't all the new buyers at .04... it was people with size and who were more interested in cashing in than riding a wave higher. That is almost always in insider.. with a huge position and a very low cost basis.. the person heading up the pump and leading the dump.

So, sans promoters, who are/is the big position players who were leading the pump? Find them and you have found the person/people who were at the pay window selling into the buying and continuing to dump into the stock as it fell...

In this stock there is only one person that fits that description.. and that's Shayne Heffernan, a known con man.

You want to ponder something meaningful, as yourself who else could it have been?
