You guys are unreal, so now steve is responsible for the company's price movement. He must own shares of the entire subsea sector and is selling like a madman. Maybe steve is the one responsible for the dow going from 14000 to 6000, all the while issuing happy talk.

FWIW, nobody has "special access" to Steve. His job is INVESTORS RELATIONS and from everything i have read on this board and my own personal experience, Steve has done his job.

He is not the answer man, and can only publicly disclose what is allowed by law. He also cannot make corporate decisions, and only knows what upper management tells him. To blame him for the pps is ludicrous.

What facts are you referring to here?

fact- The PP is posted on the SEC site for all to see.

fact- The company has announced they would inform shareholders
when it becomes effective.

btw your chart only covers half the period Steve worked for VirTra, 9 years is hardly "in no time"
