Let me think about what you said. For now I need to vent: (not at you) What you’re talking about now is what to do, after identifying NSS/FTD in real time. Of course, half the battle is simply being able to identify the problem, but once identified it results in a new problem and that is what to do about it in a timely manner. Unfortunately, in my opinion the SEC has taken a rather dim view of Pink sheet companies over the last few years, and the government has done very little to protect the investor from NSS/FTDs. I wrote our US Government today about NSS/FTD and requested that it be stopped and going forward a zero tolerance for it. (Didn’t mention RPDM in particular because there has hardly been a stock that hasn’t experienced it at one time or another) In a world of electronic trading it shouldn’t happen. The government doesn’t allow counterfeiting of money, why does it allow it with securities? Its just plain wrong as it is stealing.
