The #1 reason they are in such dire straits is because their mgmt team has zero credibility. Elan mgmt has a clear case of the overpromise, underdeliver blues.
Elan has another gamma secretase in ph 1. I would venture to say this is their bet chance of getting a drug to work for AD.
