You ask a good question, hobo has stated he has 3M to sell and I am sure there are others too who have given up hope or just flat out want out of this investment. Liquidity on the OTC and pinks is nonexistant at the moment for most companies. There are a few exceptions but not much. BZTG has little interest at the moment it appears.
