I suspect this has to do with the preparation of the website to launch properly in conjunction with Ethostream. They are probably getting fast and ready to roll.

I don't necessarily thing that the changes that have taken place were a good idea at the moment. Maybe they were rushed a bit. In a little over two and a half years, the website is now on its fourth incarnation. At some point in time the final look must be in place, and all the variable too.
