What we need is some "Meat and Potato" news. News releases stating "We plan to do this, WE are expecting this, We anticipate this" doesn't do much in todays market conditions. Am I adressing price/share vs. company growth? Whatever the reason, the company and shareholders should be concerned at the levels this stock is trading at, with no volume. Just my thoughts as we hopefully await better days. Rich D.

Not sure which news release had the end of the year on the acquisitions, but I do realize that 1-2-2001 the "Pooling of Interest" Law changed. Now if they can close on an acquisition the pooling of interest can not be applied.
They hoped they would be successful by the end of December. But the news release for the expected in of the year closing was financing.
