They can bag the president and he still wont be able to help them on this one as well as all past activity. Keep checking in, someones about to suprise everyone and it wont be the company or the lenders.

So how is it that Southridge hasn't filed any form 13s on this?

They seem to file on thier other holdings related to former EUOT stuff but, not GBMR.

Aberdeen Ave has no filings

Southshore has no filings for GBMR yet also has filings for EUOT stuff and holdings related to former EUOT stuff.

Perhaps they just don't hold the shares long enough for the ink to dry.
