Very curious Cramer talking Big Lots tonight. I noticed that the shoppers have been more abundant in Big Lots than any other store I have been in. Cramer really slamming the disorganization of the Big Lot marketing presentation, even down to the slow cashiers.
One thing Cramer did not account for was that consumers were willing to wait in line a little longer to pick up a good deal.
Cramer did not point out that when you do reach the cashier you get the same courtesy and maybe even better than in some other stores. Cramer also missed the most important part that was right in front of him. The lines were long with shoppers willing to wait. Those consumers have money filling those cash registers. They even got Cramers money, even though he slammed his local store.
BIG LOTS INC(NYSE: BIG)
I be watching Big Lots reporting tommorrow. Even a good report will not secure a good share price in this market, so it is hard to gauge. To much pressure on the big board, but it might slow up any potential sell off in BIG on good news.
