Cut bait as in not support idix any more. If/when idix raises more capital if nvs keeps their pro rata it would be a good sign and vice versa.

Why are you focused on something so inconsequential? NVS’ “true up” purchases are de minimis in the overall scheme of things.

NVS’ most recent “true up” purchase was $19K (that’s “K”, not “M”) in November 2008:

These purchases are tiny because they are limited to a pro rata offset to the small number of option exercises by IDIX employees. Again, I fail to see why you would focus on something so inconsequential in the overall scheme of things.
