What happened afterhours? Futures hugely lower and also BAC getting hammered. Anybody know why?

You wouldnt say that if you bought 2000 shares of this at 30 bucks for retirement. This thing tanked to 4 bucks and good ole Ken calls it a " tatical mistake"! LOL! PS He mad 9 million dollars last year.
