In view of the corporate debt and lousy market (even Integrated Surgical has had a major drop) the only help for CSMG would seem to be a sale of its intellectual property.
If management wants to save the company why hasn't it filed for reorganization under the Bankruptcy Act?
Is there a conflict of interest between DR and the other shareholders? Is he personally liable on the outstanding judgment?
