so 3.50 certainly does not look like it will be in the cards...does this give any additional signifcance to this "spike" downward which is rather heavy in volume and continues to be so....

I dont look at anything day-to-day. And I dont do "stops" just an amateur. Any sophistication stops at calls/puts.

Realistically, painful though it may be (sub $3 now) I would dump IDIX and put my money elsewhere. Their one drug Tyzeka is the ultimate commercial dog, and it really has an extraordinarily shallow pipe-line.

Also the chances that Novartis will buy them is extremely low, when they have delivered so little.

There are plenty of other biotechs that will do well this year, I could name half-a-dozen.
