yep, the SEC pretty much complicit in the crime

as well as many people on wall st who knew the guy was a crook, but being able to collect $100's of millions in fees trumps being honest

seems to be the new American way... greed is good... capitalism without rules, total deregulation.... must be somehow the fault of the gays
