What, the CRA??? As I said before, It was just one brick in the wall....The CRA wasnt the cause but I am sure that loans were given to people that couldnt afford them under that act...But the catalyst for the crisis? Not in my opinion.
Stupidity and greed is the reason for the crisis...From both lender and the borrower.
