I'm leaving the office pretty soon and working on my lake and will be spending nearly all of Tuesday and Wednesday doing the same, so you won't be seeing me around here during the day.

But if I'm not too worn out, I'll be around in the evening.

I've got an absolutely perfect and perfectly-timed window of opportunity weather-wise to do a lot of work that'll give me more days this year that weather won't keep me from working on it, so I'm jumping all over the opportunity.

Oh, and if you're wondering how worn out one can get sitting in a cab moving levers that make the machine do all the work, think about the last time you spoon-fed a baby. Hard not to open your own mouth, right?

Well, I've noticed that until I get back into the rhythm of using these machines, even if I'm simply pulling back on an easy-to-move lever, I tend to flex my muscles as if I'm pulling a ton of dirt toward me with my bare hand.

That and the 973 really is a lot of work to operate. You steer it with left and right brakes and they take a lot of effort, like a 60's car without power brakes. And having to use the brakes with your left and right feet for 8-10 hours non-stop. When I run that machine a lot, I often get woke in the middle of the night by major leg cramps.

Anyway, I'm off to the lake now. See y'all later tonight I'm sure. Please try not to burn the place down in my absence. No wild parties. Don't have any girls over. Smoke outsi.... Oops. Sorry. Was channeling me laying down the rules for my son about 6 years ago.

Bob

PS. I'm so excited! I love running these machines and finally having a great opportunity to do so!

I don't remember your email specifically, but don't read too much into that. I turn 50 in just over 2 weeks.

I always forward advertising inquiries to our ad rep in London. If you want to contact him directly, email matthewc@advfn.com and tell him Bob sent ya.

With the way the market's been lately, I don't know if the rolling paper business would do well because of more people wanting them? Or poorly because nobody can afford anything to put anything in them.
