If a name change was mandatory (I have no idea if it is or not), Peter would be foolish to do that. He has built equity with the name Revenge Designs. Changing the name would destroy that, and no on would recognize. Think about all the press about "Revenge Designs". It would be worthless if he changed the name to, say, "Southern Cosmetics". :-)
