Did some research myself. AgResearch, is just a government lab run by the Kiwi's. Parsing the PR makes me think the "agreement" is actually a cashflow negative event for GTCB.
Since it looks like GTCB is going to be a research lab owned by the French. I hope the Kiwi's can bridge the language barrier!
