Maybe, but if really good stuff, I feel that 1 1/2 days of upward pop gets a lot of trader interest at once, then the weekend can keep the fire smoldering until Monday brings a further advance with more investors....jmho, bwdik...dog

!~~~ Well, maybe not a good thing. If the announcement is a R/S with or without a new name, the only thing people will be digesting is the sad realization they may be eating a commission charge that is worth more than whats left of their shares. Again, this shouldn't be taken personally, it has just become a way of life for sub penny companies in this climate.
But most late friday announcements have a way of not being in the best interests of the common shareholders.
